I had yet another fantastic stay at the Sheraton SYD over Christmas and loved how the staff was very attentive and remembered me from my last stay in September. I managed to luck out and get a room available at 9am on arrival with an upgrade to the Club Floor (so rare in Australasia when you usually need to wait a bit).
They do offer upgrades to the Club level subject to availability but this only covers two people.
