Another datapoint. I have a CPT-JNB one-way RFS in Club bought after the November changes. I got stung for the £70 (booked online thru ba.com).
So yes, well in excess of the R900 originally announced.
As the TF&Cs amount, in my case, comes to £104 (of which £74 is YQ!!) then technically the £70 is still a saving.
