Although my restaurant list isn't anywhere close to yours, Narisawa was by far the most impressive restaurant for me in 2018. Other solid restaurants for me have been Fiola (DC), Sushi Taro (DC), and Momofuku Ko (NYC).

Tim Raue (Berlin) was alright, but I wouldn't go back.

Looking forward to trying Saison next year. Disappointed to see Eleven Madison Park low on your list - will have to rethink going there. Thanks!
