The Email Customer Service button was REPLACED with the Request Card Agreement wording, BUT it still redirected you to the functioning SM. I also mentioned that if you go to Request Card Agreement from other area, it would only give you the real online form to request the agreement.

So far it works for request to match and to close account. I dont have luck to reduce CL but go thru the Chat rep. There are others who have success in reducing CL via SM.
