Just had a meeting. The 10 nights will put me into platinum. However the event scheduler said she cant post the event for 10days, saying the system wont let her. Is this correct? I need this to post by dec 31 to make the nights count for 2018 right? Anyone have any technical guidance i can provide her to make sure she posts the event in time?

There have been many changes to the systems as of the merger and I doubt anyone here has figured out all the ins and outs. Seems like MPG is taking the stance it's the date of posting that means more than the date of the event. You might be able to find a compassionate CSR that knows how and is willing to bump your status given all the issues they have faced since 8/18.
