I am happy with the title.
Just saying that may be 15 miles as the crow flies -- if you were actually 10 miles north of Lake Berryessa and then tried to drive to Callistoga it could take 45 mins to an hour. Or more. Pope Valley is beautiful, but the road is narrow and winding. I honestly can't see anybody saying "lets go to Napa for dinner!" unless of course you have a reservation at the French Laundry. I can see making an exception for that.
