I just booked CCAR (but can downgrade to ICAR if the model is "interesting" enough) at PDX. What should I expect?
I would like to get either a Mazda3 or downgrade to Focus or VW Golf. I don't know why a Golf is classified as ICAR. Just trying to avoid Toyota and Kia/Hyundai.
