The other thing to keep in mind are any delays in flight time on your end. I flew into Schipol back in November and got delayed 4 hours out of ATL because of a faulty thermostat on the plane. Luckily, my friend who was keeping an eye on my flight departure and arrival times, saw that I was going to be late and booked us a later train ticket out of Amsterdam Central to Belgium. But, where I should have had 2 1/2 hours to get my luggage, clear customs and get to the train station, we ended up LITERALLY having to run at full tilt, with luggage and BARELY jumping on the later train my friend booked (whose doors literally closed behind us about 20 seconds later).

Luckily, you don't have to cross the Atlantic, but I'd still make sure to give yourself plenty of time to catch your train. You'd rather be early than late.
