Recently, I was so puzzled at seeing a FA in a mainline UA uniform flying (as a passenger) on a UA Express flight to Ottawa (which has no mainline service), that I had to ask her what was up. I'm sure very few people would have noticed the anomaly. Turns out she commutes from YOW, which is crazy.
