Back in the lounge this evening, crammed at 6pm even with the upstairs open. Then a storm comes thru at 7pm and the airport is closed, all flights delayed, so even more people enter the lounge and guess what? The lounge managers close the upstairs area at 7.30pm because that's their schedule, and herd everyone into the already-full downstairs section.
Staff trying hard but the place is burtsing at the seams. Wireless unusable, works for a few minutes then drops out.
