Walking to the cruise terminals is not a good option at Port Everglades (Ft Lauderdale). It’s a very industrial area with large stretches without sidewalks and the cruise terminals are on the far end of the port away from the hotels. Quite frankly I’m not sure the port’s security would let you through the gate.
