I am guessing that they have got the rollaway bed fee incorrect as that is $100 a day for 5 nights but why are the taxes so much? I guess they basing this off the 4500 rollaway fee?
Hotels that charge upsell/surcharges for upgrades or for things like seaplane transfers sometimes input those charges in different ways in the central reservations system. If in doubt, I would contact the hotel and ask for clarification and a separate confirmation email from them, and use that instead of whatever the central reservations system may say.
