I called 1 weeks ago... and inquired about whether I am allowed to make a change of date to my existing reservations and the reservations department said they checked with the loyalty department and mention something like Marriott made a change recently to allow of change of date without extra points ( I noted that my hotel category rose during the conversation )
Fast forward to today... where I made travel plans with my wife... called back... and was told I CANNOT change it without extra points...
... MARRIOTT?
