I wouldn't think so, although some countries in Europe make it into a very long (ten days or so) "weekend"/vacation, so it could be difficult to schedule business meetings between the Thursday before Palm Sunday and the Tuesday or Wednesday after Easter Sunday, which would be not much less than two full weeks. It tends to be a school vacation period and Germany, for instance, recognizes Easter Monday as a holiday too IIRC.
Should have cropped that down a bit - was referring to Jan 6th [there may be more than one Epiphany?] - I'd noticed it on some AA fares for US origin and was pretty puzzled by the one straggling day.
