If no names are mentioned, the whole crew will be called in. The purser will be called in by the VP. They will then determine the crews responsible and go from there. Special treatment is highly frowned upon for fear that the jealousy of the pax will result in greater issues. Crews are encouraged to give special treatment to "influencers", but outside of pax view(galley etc.). DRB's are feared for they can find things unrelated to the original incident that results in other reprimands.

Seat swaps during flight are completely ok and quite normal. They will only say something if you create a ruckus during the seat swap or you stand in the aisle of RL and talk to your swap mate for a long time.
