Can you tell me more? Did you have the FA send the Entree and the entire meal back? How exactly did you have it done?

After reading all the responses, I might just ask the FA to send everything back all at once, instead of asking her to do it multiple runs. Also, probably just the entree + desert. Other things like salad, can be omitted, and soup can be messy.
