I had similar stats as you last year and received an offer to buy up to EXP for over $3,000. They've probably tweaked the algorithm this year, but if you do get an offer, it isn't going to be attractive.
I believe the “algorithm” has several variables figured in, and this is really just a huge study in human behavior and tolerance. Thus the case with some people being asked to pay
more than another, even though they are closer to achieving the actual status. In other words, “What are people
really willing to pay?”
