As far as paying more, I shall put it this way, on rouge flights anyway, more than content to pay a bit more for PY for a flight lasting 6 or 7 hours. Not so sure about mainline AC however.
Sounds on par with other reports here in this forum when it comes to ML widebody PY (not the most forward cabin), and Premium Rouge (the most forward cabin).
