It's nearly impossible to accidentally turn on this headset since it is a tiny flat button that requires a 3 second hard press. I would argue that the Bose headsets are way easier to accidentally turn on since they have an easy slider switch, yet Bose does not force auto turn off. It's just poor design and not offering the user the ability to choose if they want it on.
