I would assume no, that the hotel just doesn't do this, although upgrades might be more frequent as a result of the hotel renovating some rooms to combine them into suites. Previously they basically had one or two presidential suites (I think there was a second one in the private reserve area that's mostly occupied by groups) and only one "standard" suite for upgrades.
