I just flew SQ38 and SQ21 in J and I peeked into PEY on both flights and was surprised to see how empty it was, especially into of LAX.
there are 2 more SQ flight from SIN to LAX daily. So guess it might improve after the SIN-ICN-LAX flight is cancelled by end of this month.
