I don't have any mileage to upgrade but wish to get some leg room for long distance flight with less money to pay for premium or business class. Do you mean the emergency exit row? Any Eco ticket can purchase those seats. Other than that, the rest of the cabin is fair game. They don’t have preferred sections etc.
