Ground Crew Behaviour

Hello everyone,
I am a Skypass member who got recently upgraded to Business prior to boarding.
The Ground crew, gave me my boarding pass and proceeded to tell me that the seat was changed but not the meal.
During the flight I was given a Business class meal.

I'm not griping, but would like to see ideas on why the Ground Crew would say that?
