I would choose the aisle seat. And then keep checking the seat map as
LondonElite suggested. There are bound to be some UA Silvers with aisle seats that are going to want to move to Economy+.
From a middle seat, it's a pain to have to ask your neighbor to stand up if you want to stretch your legs. I don't have a problem standing up if my neighbor does want to stand up but I hate asking.
