Preferably just need a Marriott website or phone number where our travel coordinator can call and book/modify/cancel rooms on a very frequent basis by just giving the traveler name and rewards #. Currently, the TC is asking for everyone's personal login credentials so he can log in to everyone's account and book the room. This is cumbersome and nobody wants to provide private login info.

Let us know what works out with this! On concur you can book rooms for people and enter their rewards number. You said you wanted to book a team of 20 at a certain hotel. Is this all at the same time? Make sure that you let Marriott know that you still want these employees to earn rewards! If you do corporate bookings of 20 people at the same time for the same rate they may not receive them!
