Looks like AmEx is sending it via UPS, has anyone had issues with the card if there's change request on the delivery? ie: picking up at depot.

AFAIK US Bank Altitude Reserve Visa, the card will be deactivated by USB if you request delivery to work, not sure if there's issue picking up at depot.
