Why would you bother 1K Voice with this? Really? If OP wasn't #1 on the upgrade list (and doesn't sound like they were or we'd be reading a completely different post and tone) then the best you should do is feed this back through the survey link you're guaranteed to get the day following the flight. Use that as the feedback tool to hopefully bring about training.
