So this mistake isn’t that rare (it’s rare, but of the common variety rare). It happens when an agent forgets to cncl the preassigned, bought seats of people who never check in (t-30 domestic, t-60 intl). I’ve made that mistake once this year but was able to rectify at closure, a solid coworker of mine confessed that she made the same mistake yesterday.
