According to a poster on airliners.net, on the Delta Aircraft Refurbishment -2018 Thread, ships #3876-3895 will be the only B739ERs with ETOPS, and of the rest, #3801-3875 will all have ETOPS decommissioned, and 3896-going forward were all delivered without ETOPS. I have updated the WiKi. I don't have a list of the ships which have had ETOPS decommissioned so far, but the poster mentioned that
#3875 was one of them.
