"Your reservation is not eligible for Emerald Checkout"

Have a reservation starting Monday evening and in the app it says the reservation isn't eligible for Emerald Checkout. There is also a note that says Emerald Checkout opens at 5:30am which of course doesn't matter since I'm arriving at 7:30pm

I thought maybe I was too late (though that doesn't make sense) and changed to an earlier arrival and it changed nothing. Then thought there was just something wrong with the reservation, so I cancelled and rebooked. No change

Anyone else seeing this on their reservations? Normally I wouldn't care, but I'm using Emerald Checkout to get some extra 12F points
