I did, BBB accepted my complaint and passed it to Marriott. Well, whether surprisingly or not, they backed up BRG department violation of their offer. I guess nothing can be done further, I obviously cannot sue Marriott here in Taiwan or Hong Kong.

P. S. How would it cost them several hundred dollars to respond btw?
