Yes, the IT issue seems to be resolved (or at least the agent was able to transfer a cert earlier today when I called).
And I fully agree - I spent 30min on hold earlier today trying to reach the loyalty desk and eventually gave up. I tried again later and the wait time was "only" 5min. I guess there are only a very few agents who answer that phone line.
But definitely unimpressive given there pretty much never used to be any wait time whatsoever when calling the FPC line.
