Well, it's not the loading aspect, it's the activation. But the last 2 rounds of MCGC, I'm referring to OD/OM sales (you can look at that thread here around late August dates). Under the card number, there was a line about the carding being activated in 24 hours. For some, it actually activated. For others, they had to call, or worse, fax in copies of the receipt and wait weeks to receive a replacement.
There are some deals worth doing, others that may be worth doing, and then there are those that only the desperate will consider.
So far I have tried to avoid being in that third category.
