Two questions. I have a flight out with 8h connection in Doha. I plan to upgrade my first leg at the airport. Problem is that i`m short of 2600 points to upgrade my second leg after receiving my first leg points. Is there any chance i will be credited points for both legs when i start my first leg? Trying to avoid transferring points from wifey`s account

If i have to transfer points, any idea how long it takes? I read something like "when payment is confirmed"?

Trying Q-suite for the first time on first leg and joining the first 350 flight to Oslo coming Sunday, so was hoping to do it in Biz, and since Y fare is 220€ totally, I would say its proper value.
