Ah, good point. Obviously FPC Premier doesn't translate to Accor Platinum in itself, but you if previously had some Accor status, it's theoretically possible. I'm pretty sure the ability to tranafer certsin limited to current Accor Platinum members; whether they'll verify your previous FPC status - I have no idea.
It's my understanding that the cert transfers are handled by a handful of agents in the Moncton office using the old FPC systems - and those are currently down.
