Since Accor Platinum members who weren't previously FPC Platinum members don't have any certs, the discussion only concerns former FPC Platinum members. You can only transfer certs to immediate family members.
Additionally, they seem to insist that said family member needs to have had a FPC account before the integration. IMHO implementing such a rule ex post facto is just ridiculous.
