I don't use Chrome, and I've never had a problem with IE, Safari, Edge, or Mozilla.
That said, I'm pretty sure the UR portal is pretty low on Chase's list of priorities. Consider it more of an afterthought to increase the perceived value of their UR program, rather than a primary focus.
It would be nice if it worked well all the time, with every browser, on every possible hardware configuration, from every possible IP address, from every part of the world, with every possible configuration from the vendor sides, from.... you get the picture. It does suck when you're the one person it doesn't work for. I've been in that situation before with other sites, but the last 1% of bugs for most things often cost more to fix than the other 99%.
