It is already covered by T&Cs.
Some chains actually specifically said it on the reservation that LOCAL TAXES are NOT included AND are Collected at the hotel.
Will be interested to see if some cheapskates try not to pay it and the hotels call law enforcement... while the cheapskates call their elite desks to complain...

For those who have an axe to grind, their beef is with the LOCAL TAX AUTHORITIES, who levy the tourists taxes or Stay Taxes, not the "corporates" which have already covered this area and some more.
