Upper Class wing - how to advise car registration

Hi,

Virgin very helpfully say on the website that if arriving by taxi you should phone through the vehicle registration for the APNR to recognise the registration and allow them to provide the full Upper wing service. Less helpfully, they don't give a number, and I have just abandoned 20 minutes of musak and messages about high call volumes.

Can anyone help with the number, and/or details of where to find it?
