Most of the time, I would rather just eat lounge breakfast than to spend the time and energy to figure out and get a 'meal of my choice', especially with the family (which for me, is 75% of the time with me) when there will be a variety of opinions. I am one that believes that having too many choices is greatly overvalued, especially on routine things like breakfast. (I also wear the same outfit every day. When I bought a new car a few years ago, I just went to the dealership and bought a new model of the old car I had).
So, for me, there is value in delegating that choice out to Hyatt. And, quite a few times now, the staff at breakfast has a great recommendation for lunch or activities, which is another choice that I don't have to make!
