They came back and said that in-order to benefit from the offer I must book with no discounts ( ie not a member rate )
They will then add me back onto the Accor system after I check out and give me the missing points and nights !
This "saves" me about 21.50€ so I did not bother, and indeed booked elsewhere.
Has anyone else had this ?
