I wonder if the new competition with WS will result in any improvement. Back when we had CP, they both absolutely had better service.
With only 16 J seats, I would expect WS to do well in J, and spend more than AC currently does on food and drinks. Likely leading AC to follow.
OTOH, WS will have a total seating of 320 in their 789. Still with 31 in in Y compared with AC 30. YYC-CDG is interesting. Not that I will patronize them, but competition is always good.
