I think that's probably a good change. My friend visited there once (probably more than 5 years ago) and he was somehow able to sneak into the main tuna auction area to take pictures (at least that's what he told me) and I was rather disappointed that he would that. This way there will be no chance (hopefully) for any visitor to sneak in.
