Exactly I don't believe 1 Item of clothing would drop it so much. Also, the bag wasn't moved I just took it out of a side pocket.

As for the city of NY Certifying that the scales are accurate. Tell that to all the scrap dealers who have to sell to DCA certified scales how accurate those are.
