Agree - and I did not mean to assume/imply that the family had a disability. My point was that the person in 10C was not an upgraded passenger. I agree that once a passenger is seated they should not be disturbed, but at the same time, I would definitely expect a non-rev to be required to move to accommodate paying pax, and while I agree a passenger should not be moved once seated, a basic economy passenger has no right to be miffed when they get a middle seat in regular Y.
