Reviving this old thread because I couldn't find anything more current. Booking CRJ200s on numerous flights for April 2019 (for example DL7412) the front three rows are greyed out on the seat selection map and row 4 has become "preferred". Does this mean they are expanding the C+ from just the first row to the first three on these RJs torture tubes? From the looks of it, the seats are not bookable, only upgradable T-24 for elites.
