I had booked a small meeting room today mostly for the 10 credits - There was a mix up and the room wasn't ready. They took care of it quickly and a manager (not the one I dealt with for the contract) was very apologetic and said that I wouldn't be charge for the room. I'm pretty sure that means I won't get the credits but what do you think?
