Yes, many are still being renovated (the higher 100s, that part of the beach is closed) and some in the 200s have not even been touched yet. No way they are gonna be done by October, 15 (as they claim on the website). Other repeat guest we have met have been in contact with the GM, but even he was not able to put them into a
renovated DBV.
