Asiana takes deliveries very slowly, thus the age of its 777s varies a lot. While the oldest in service is 14 years old, the newest (HL8284) is was delivered only in 2013 (it's one of the last 777-200ERs ever built). So not all 777s will be gone anytime soon.
14 years isn't particularly old for an airliner. The average age of DL's entire fleet is 14.3 years. There are major carriers still flying 744s that are nearly 30 years old.
