If I book an AA Vacation with flight + hotel, could the return flight itinerary be affected if I no-show the hotel? The flight I'm looking at is cheaper through AA vacations along with cheapest hotel (some hostel/dormitory) than booking the flight alone. Plus it is N* and S* fare classes which would seem to post as special fares, earning double the EQD that the $ fare would, and be just enough to get me to AA Gold for the year.
